Seachoice 6-Ton Pintle Ball Hitch

Seachoice offers a range of ball and pintle-ball hitches for bumper towing. Their ball hitches come in two commonly used trailer ball sizes: 2" and 2-5/16". The 2" hitch balls have towing capacities ranging from 3,500 – 6,000 lbs, while the 2-5/16" hitch balls have capacities of 6,000 & 10,000 lbs. When a trailer is fitted with a Ball Coupler/Trailer Coupler, the coupler is lowered over the hitch ball, and the locking arm is kept in the upright position with the locking pin securely in place. For a trailer with a Lunette Ring, the ring is lowered over the hitch ball, and the locking arm is lowered into position with the locking pin securely in place. The range of movement provided by the lunette ring allows for more movement at the attachment point, making the hitch ideal for towing on uneven surfaces like off-road terrain.
